Top Workplaces of 2021

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI – Thornton & Grooms, a leading plumbing, heating, and cooling provider based in Michigan, has been named one of Metro Detroit’s Top Workplaces of 2021 by the Detroit Free Press.

The Detroit Free Press has partnered with Energage to determine the Top Workplaces of the year. To be eligible for the award, an employee must nominate your organization. Once organizations are nominated, company-wide employee engagement surveys are sent to evaluate and ultimately decide the region's top workplaces. In total, 3,331 employers in Michigan were invited and Detroit Free Press received 56,922 survey responses.
