2. Choose your comfort system
After filling out a brief service questionnaire and walking through the home with your Replacement Specialist, you'll sit down and choose the comfort system that best fits your needs. We promise to always give you at least 3 options.
3. Get special pricing and financing options
Once you've decided on the system that's right for you, your Replacement Specialist will share special pricing and rebates with you. We can also share low- and zero-interest financing options upon request.
4. Install your new system
We'll arrive bright and early on the day of your installation. As our installers get to work on your new comfort system, our team back at the office will process any system rebates.
Our post-installation process includes:
- Clean all work spaces and pick up tools and debris.
- Provide a complete walk-through of what we did.
- Train you on the care and use of your new heat pump unit
5. Take our brief survey
Once we leave, we'll send you a text or email with a brief survey. If you had a great experience, we'd love to hear about it! If not, we want to know so we can complete the install to your satisfaction.
