Westland family receives new furnace and air conditioner through ‘Feel the Love’
Westland, MI – October 2024 – A Westland family is feeling the love from Thornton & Grooms with their new heating and cooling system, just in time for the cooler weather ahead.
Thornton & Grooms is proud to announce its continued participation in Lennox Industries' charitable initiative, the Feel the Love program. This year, a deserving family in Westland, MI, received a brand-new furnace and air conditioning system, professionally installed at no cost.
A friend nominated the family, and Thornton & Grooms selected them based on their perseverance through personal hardships. Thanks to the Feel the Love program and Thornton & Grooms’ team of skilled technicians, the family now has reliable, energy-efficient heating and cooling.
“They have been trying to get back on their feet, and while looking at their furnace, I noticed their A/C was failing as well. With an autistic son and the struggles they’ve gone through, I knew they could use a break,” said Christian, the nominator.
Lennox’s Feel the Love program, now in its 6th year, aims to support those in need by providing high-quality HVAC systems free of charge. Thornton & Grooms has been a proud partner of this program for several years, working alongside other local HVAC companies across North America to deliver comfort and care to deserving families and individuals.
The furnace and air conditioner were installed on October 7th, 2024. Thornton & Grooms donated their time and expertise, ensuring that the family’s home is equipped with a reliable heating and cooling system.
