"Had low water pressure due to old galvanized pipes. Shawn and Tony came out to diagnose the issue and gave me a quote immediately. I thought about getting another quote just for comparison, but since Thornton and Grooms did an awesome job on my water heater installation last year, I didn’t even bother. These guys get it. Paul came out with Ryan, Jay, and Will. They told me what they were going to do and where they were going to start. Then, they got right to work.
The team worked like a well-oiled machine until they replaced my pipes and restored my water pressure. They did a fantastic job cleaning up as well; it was like they were never here. The crew was also a great bunch of guys. Any time I had a question or asked how the project was going, they were kind and responsive.
We talked and joked around here and there. It made the whole situation less stressful and about as pleasant as possible. They were also very respectful to my dogs, which is huge to me.
