Trouble-Free Guarantee

If the drain we lined experiences a blockage directly caused by a defect in our liner or installation, we will clear the line at no additional cost to you, subject strictly to the terms, limitations, and exclusions below. 

This Limited Lifetime Guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies only to the specific drain line we lined and only to the original purchasing homeowner (“Owner”) while they maintain continuous, uninterrupted membership in our Home Care Club. 
 
The Guarantee covers only the repair of defects in the liner or installation, or replacement of the liner at our sole discretion. This is the Owner’s exclusive remedy. 
 
All other warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose — are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Service under this Guarantee is available provided: 

1. The Owner has complied with all use, care, and maintenance recommendations. 
2. The Owner provides proof of active and continuous Home Care Club membership. 
3. We are given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the drain and determine the cause of the issue. 
4. Our technicians determine that the condition results from a defect covered by this Guarantee. If the cause of a blockage cannot be conclusively established as a covered defect, the issue will be deemed excluded. 

The Guarantee does not apply to any condition other than a proven defect in the liner or its installation. Without limitation, the Guarantee excludes: 

• Any third‑party work, repairs, modifications, or interference with the drain line. 
• Any municipal activity, including sewer line work, alterations, or municipal backups. 
• Acts of God or external forces, including but not limited to ground shifts, settling, sinkholes, freezing, flooding, or earthquakes. 
• Blockages caused by misuse, including clogs from any non‑flushable or inappropriate materials such as feminine products, grease, oils, chemicals or acids, wipes (including so‑called ​“flushable” wipes), towels, rags, foreign objects, or any substance not consistent with normal residential wastewater. 
• Any pre‑existing conditions, structural defects, or pipe failures not caused solely by a defect in our liner or installation.
