ALL Service Calls:
If you aren't satisfied for any reason, we'll work with you until the situation is resolved and you're happy with the results.
If we damage your home or belongings, we'll accept responsibility and do everything possible to make it right.
If we don’t clean up after ourselves to your expectations, we'll pay you $100 for your inconvenience.
ALL Repair Calls:
If a repair by our team doesn't deliver up to a year's worth of comfort to your home, we'll fix the issue at no charge.
ALL Furnace & A/C Maintenance Calls:
If we perform a system check and your comfort system breaks down this season, we'll refund the $49 or credit it toward the repair.
ALL HVAC Installation Calls:
If we don’t show up when we promise – we'll pay you $100 for the inconvenience we caused you.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your new comfort system, we'll remove the system and refund you the full amount for up to 1 year after the install.
If your new equipment fails to keep you comfortable – we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue for up to five years from installation. If we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, we will replace the equipment with a new system of equal value at no additional charge.
If a critical comfort system component fails within the specified time frame – we replace the entire unit (not just the component).
If we miss something and failed to communicate it prior to our agreement, we'll correct the issue at no additional cost.
If a competitor puts everything that we offer in writing, we'll match the price and reduce it by another $100.
If you choose Thornton & Grooms over a lower-priced competitor and we don't meet your expectations, we'll honor the lower price.
ALL Drain Unclog Service Calls:
If we cannot restore flow to your drain line, we won't charge you for the visit.
ALL Sewer Replacement Service Calls:
If your drain backs up again after we've serviced it, we'll clear it again for free.
